Welcome to the wonderful world of Pole!

We want to encourage you to give pole dance a chance if you haven't fallen in love with it yet - you have so much to discover! There is a misconception that you have to be well-trained, flexible, move or look a certain way to start training pole – but this is really not true. It's important for us that pole is for EVERYONE, regardless of prior experience or physicality. You don't need any prior knowledge, just come as you are! Movement, training and dance knows no age limit either, so it absolutely doesn't matter if you're 13 or 74, you are always welcome! 💙

Pole offers a perfect mix of dance, acrobatic, body control and strength – and it's so fun that we often forget that we're excercising. Training pole dance is developing in mind and body. Something that can feel confusing or challenging in the beginning will eventually fall into place and start to feel natural for our bodies! 💃

When it comes to attire, it can feel a little strange to train in shorts, even though shorts give the best grip on the pole. Therefore we have adapted our intro classes and the first classes at Pole 1 so that you can train in whatever attire you want! Do you want to excercise in trousers or long skirts? No problem! We will work together to get comfortable in the studio and eventually switch into shorts to start working on tricks where we use our skin as a contact point. 🤸🏼‍♀️

Are you new to the world of Pole?

Welcome into our wonderful community! Pole dance is relatively young in Sweden, but it is becoming more and more established as a fitness form and competition sport. There are five pole studios in the city of Stockholm and they all do an amazing job in spreading the love of pole as a training form. The other studios are Sthlm Pole, FLOWStockholm, North Pole Studio and Studio Dancing Queen. Then there are multiple other studios located in the rest of Sweden! 💙
